With over 90 per cent of buyers beginning their home search online, the new platform works alongside traditional auction models but also allows those unable to attend to still experience it in real time.

After you’ve used your allotted 1 litre, you’ll have to turn the tap off so that it can fill up before you can use it again. Ingenious?

This green modular island kitchen is designed by Massimo Facchinetti to conserve space and energy. It’s powered by solar panels and sink water is filtered and reused in the dishwasher. It includes a cooking range, microwave, space to store your coffee machine and a nifty vertical herbal garden.

Move over HD, Ultra HD TV has arrived. The world’s largest television – the Samsung S9 – uses technology that delivers four times the picture quality than regular HD televisions. But it comes at a price – this 85-inch giant costs a cool $40,000. But the picture is apparently as clear as looking through a window.

Originally designed for renowned architect Zaha Hadid, the undisputed queen of curves, this futuristic prototype features a touchscreen control panel, heating membranes, sound activators, aromatic scent dispensers, LED lights and a multimedia entertainment system that comes with a flat screen TV and an integrated Apple mac mini.
